Mediterranean Pasta Salad

This is an excellent dish to make for small or large groups! You can customize it any way you want by adding more of your favorite veggies and it's great to take to or serve at a party. Remember to save leftovers for a healthy lunch too!




IIngrediens 

1 serving 365 Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli 
3 oz organic boneless skinless chicken breast
1 large organic tomato, diced 
1 oz organic ovoline mozzarella, quartered
1/2 organic cucumber, chopped
1.5 tblsp OrganicVille Olive Oil & Balsamic Organic Vinaigrette



Instructions

Bake un-marinated chicken until cooked. While baking chicken, cook pasta, let cool, and set aside. Chop cucumber, dice tomato, and quarter mozzarella pieces. Combine pasta, vegetables, and dressing in bowl and toss. Once chicken is cooked, cut into bite-size pieces and add to bowl and mix throughly.
