Directions:
- Flatten chicken breast evenly to 1/4-inch. thickness.
- Keep aside.
- Place lemon juice, orange juice, mustard, honey, poultry seasoning and cayenne pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Put chicken breasts into the bag.
- Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
- Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Grill, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
- Place cheese slice on each chicken breast.
- Grill 1 minutes longer or until cheese begins to melt.
- Place chicken on rolls.
- Top each roll with tomato, onion and lettuce.
- Honey-Citrus Chicken Sandwiches are ready now.
- Serve with Crispy Potato Wedges.
