Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb sausage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 slices baby swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
Instructions
8 oz sliced white mushrooms
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine beef, sausage, salt and pepper. Form into 4 hamburger patties.
Grill until desired doneness. Top with baby swiss cheese.
While the burgers are grilling prepare the mushrooms. In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-5 mintues. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking until soft. Top cooked burgers with sautéed mushrooms.
